Sometimes all of us need an ear from an expert at mindfulness. We do not offer advice or solutions. With an attitude of curiosity, our goal is to help you define what you already know, provide avenues to learn what you don't know, and ladle on plenty of support and encouragement as you blaze your individual path to wellness. Whether or not you claim a religion, all guidance we receive and share is Spirit-led and therefore not affiliated with religion of any kind. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule a meeting as our personal alignment takes ultimate priority. It is in our best interest to avoid political and religious debates, although we cannot promise to stay silent regarding common sense issues affecting the human race. Again, we offer only suggestion and require no commitment or agreement beyond a commitment to respect and and agreement to speak in love. We claim no ultimate authority but follow the eight limbed path of YOGA. We offer abundant referrals for needs outside our scope of insight and ability. Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous of our time and mindful of the service being provided. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to no-shows or more than 15 min late.
