Service Description

We developed this practice over months of daily hands on work both as a Stretching Practitioner and a Chiropractic intern in conjunction with our studies in Yoga of the Subtle Body and Aroma Therapy. A combination of guided breath practice and deep relaxation meditation, this service guides the recipient sweetly to the parasympathetic system. The participant selects their oil for anointing and receives supportive myofascial release along their journey to rest and relaxation. This service totals one hour.

Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous of our time and mindful of the service being provided. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to no-shows or more than 15 min late.
